“…there are more women and men coming in for treatment of problems they may have previously thought they’d simply have to deal with.”
“It makes me happy to know that more patients will be trying physical therapy for pelvic floor issues first, because there are a lot of things it can help.”

What Is a Pelvic Floor Evaluation?
And Why Should You Have One?
If you are experiencing problems related to your pelvic floor – leaking when you sneeze or laugh, loss of bowel or bladder, pelvic pain with or without sexual activity, – a physical therapy evaluation will help determine what is contributing to the problem.
What to Expect on the First Visit
Pelvic floor physical therapy is not commonly spoken of so the most anxious part of the entire treatment is the phone call to schedule and coming in for the initial evaluation. Not sure if you have Pelvic Floor Dysfunction?
